Trials

I don’t know about you, but I’ve had plenty of trials in my life. I always seem to think about this when I’m in a strange project at work, just like I am now. Last Lent, I took some time to read a book available from Catholic Answers entitled His Cross In Your Life by Fr. Bertrand Weaver. It has all kinds of reflections on suffering. The most interesting one is the idea that, if you have no trials, then God may think you are not worth testing. So, if you are undergoing a trial, this may well be a good sign for your soul.
